Flows for Inner Freedom

I’m honoured to share this new bundle of classes with you, inspired by some of my favourite sequences to rinse and release psychic stress from the cells.

The series comprises 9 classes in total. Depending on your inner season and mood, choose to galvanise energy with some fiery sessions dancing you to ecstatic peak poses, or let yourself unravel in some deep yin steeps and freedom flows.

Included in the bundle is also a meaningful audio meditation for self-holding and nervous system soothing, with all classes accompanied by Benny Holloway’s mystical and mesmerising sounds.
