Through each class and contemplation, you’re invited into a conscious and kind relationship with yourself and the world around you, as you trace your inner and outer topography with every breath, movement and paint brush stroke.

The classes are filmed in the wild nature of Lara’s own backyard and are accompanied by the soul-stirring sounds of Benny Holloway, to help coax you into deeper states of contemplation and realisation.
